I bought this bed in double size for me and liked it so much I bought two more, both doubles, for my bed and breakfast. After setting up three of them, I learned how to avoid the issues others commented on such as: the holes not lining up. If you don't tighten up the side rails until after you attach the slats, you can adjust it so the holes line up perfectly. All you need is a screwdriver. Securing every other slat gives it plenty of stability.

I recently purchased the bed about 3 weeks ago and am very happy with what I got, especially for the price. Thank goodness I had a friend over to help me assemble it (go girl power), which took about an hour; and the instructions are not all that clear (I needed my drill to make a hole where one should have existed but didn?t). I am very satisfied with the bed it looks great and is very comfy, and though I?ve read other reviews that said the bed squeaks, I haven?t come across that problem at all and I?m a big girl, and my ?beau? is pretty hefty dude too and still no squeaks. If that bed can contain both our weight simultaneously without a squeak, buy it, buy it, buy it!

I assembled it by myself. I was a little confused with the center support assembly. The directions were unclear but I got it without much frustration. It's pretty, it's sturdy, I've already recommended it.

This bed was fairly quick to assemble (1.5 hours) and is very stable and quite nice looking for the money!

Stylish bed for a great price.
But the design is odd: there's a support bar, running underneath the slats, with two legs of its own. It's not visible in the photos on the site. It's not permanently attached to the slats; it stays in place only loosely, via bolts that fit into larger holes in the slats. So in practice, it doesn't actually stay in place. If the bed slides six inches to one side or the other, the bolts come out of those holes, and the whole thing falls over. You have to crawl under the bed, and lift up the frame, to get it back in. Bizarre and annoying. Otherwise a great bed though

We love our new bed. It's very comfortable and not squeaky, like our old bed. The instructions are difficult to follow, you really need two people to assemble, and get extra screws. There are alot of holes in the slats that aren't in the instructions & don't have screws. We used a drill & screwed everything in well. This bed is solid! We used our current mattress and it feels great with this bed. I don't think we'll ever go back to a box spring!
Poor quality - joints coming apart and unpainted.
This bed is shockingly nice for under $400.00. It arrived with all its parts, including hardware and directions, and was packed well. It is attractive and solid. I like mixing it up with high-end pieces and bargains, as long as it isn't junk. This was perfect for an extra bedroom. Took about an hour to assemble.
